We all have those days where we say, “There’s never any time to cook,” even as a chef, I’m not immune to these feelings. Sometimes, I see my stove as the biggest Opp and a waste of space in my kitchen. Why use that clunk of metal, when DoorDash is a measly click away and only a whopping –40$? Because you have to have the nuggets. Well fuck that! I’m still silly, and I’m still that B…. This recipe is for when you got a stiff 20$ bill, a couple heads to feed and no time at all….
And it isn’t even too bad for you! SILLLLLY. Lucid media and those who stay lucid. This dish got me through many tough times and was a big piece of my childhood! I present a piece of my soul through spice and savory bites.

Struggle Stir Fry
🧑🍳Chef SILLY B’s Very Own💰
Ready in 35 mins
- Serves 4 people
- 650 calories per serving
Ingredients
- 1 Lb Ground Turkey
- 1.5 cups of white rice
- Salt
- Garlic powder
- Adobo
- Cayenne
- Black pepper
- 1 onion
- Can of peas
- Can of corn
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 eggs
- Soy sauce
- Oil or butter (for pan)

Preparation
- Add some oil or butter to a pan and get it nice and hot on a medium flame
- Brown the ground turkey and continue stirring and chopping it as it browns
- Add the seasonings and continue to cook slowly until fully brown (10 Mins)
- Start rice cooking on the side
- Dice the onion and pepper and open the cans of veggies
- Throw in the veggies in the turkey pans and cook on low/medium until the onions are brown
- Combine rice and soy sauce into turkey and veggie pan
- Add 2 cracked eggs and stir for 5 mins
- SERVE AND ENJOY! SILLYYYYY
